Dear Amberfield HOA Owners & Residents,
It has come to our attention that several residents of the community are not following proper procedure when placing household trash and recycling out for collection. Please remember the following:
1. Trash collection is Mondays and Thursdays
2. Recycling collection is Wednesdays
3. Trash must be in sealed trash bags which must then be placed in a rigid trash container with a closed lid for collection
4. All recycling must be placed in the blue County bins; recycling placed in bags or mixed in with trash will be picked up as trash, not recycling
5. Carboard boxes must be broken down and placed in the blue County bins
6. Dog waste must be in a sealed dog waste bag and disposed of in either one of the community dog waste station containers or placed in your own household trash. DO NOT use other neighbors’ trash containers for disposal.
7. Owners who rent need to remind their tenants about the proper trash and recycle placement procedures, as homeowners will be held responsible for any violations committed by their tenants
8. Bulk trash pickup must be scheduled with the HOA’s contracted trash removal company
